This policy explains what information Yash Cube Classes (operated by Yash Chaudhary (trading as Yash Cube Classes)) collects when you use yc.yashcubeclasses.com, and how we use it.

1. What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email address and phone number when you request the free ebook or buy a product.
• Order details: what you bought, the amount and the payment status. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never receive your full card, UPI or bank details.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as your browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and our page-hosting platform.

2. How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for: email the ebook or guide, create your Cube Store login, and arrange live classes.
• To contact you about your order, your child's batch, or support questions, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• To send occasional cube-learning tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our pages and measure our advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms: our page and checkout platform (FlexiFunnels), our payment processor (Razorpay), and our email and customer-management tools. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Children

Our products are bought by parents or guardians. We ask for the parent's contact details, not the child's. In live classes we only use a child's first name and what the parent chooses to share.

5. Cookies

Our pages use cookies to keep the site working and to understand which ads and pages help families find us. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, and contact details until you ask us to delete them.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Email yashcubeclasses@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 working days.

8. Security

We use reputable, secure service providers and limit access to your information to people who need it to serve you.
