Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every family to be happy with their purchase. Because most of our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds work as follows.

1. The Beginner's Secrets Guide (₹199)

The Guide is a downloadable PDF delivered instantly, so it is non-refundable once delivered. If you did not receive it, received a damaged file, or were charged twice, email us and we will resend the guide or refund the extra charge in full.

2. Guide + Video Course (₹999)

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched less than 20% of the course. After 7 days, or once more of the course has been used, the purchase is non-refundable.

3. Live Cube Mastery (₹2,999)

• Before your batch starts: cancel any time for a full refund.
• After the first live class: no refund, but you may ask to move to the next batch once.

The "Solve It" Promise is a free 1:1 support call, not a refund.

4. Free ebook

The 3-Step Cube Secret is free, so no payment or refund applies.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email yashcubeclasses@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, with your name and order details. We reply within 2 working days.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

7. Failed or duplicate payments

If money left your account but the order did not complete, it is usually returned automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. If not, email us with the transaction details and we will help.
